If you are fast you have something up on anyone who competes against you, especially at a young age when an athletes skill sets are low the one who is faster is considered to be a better athlete, and in any sport, speed is the name of game. It is proven time and time again a slow athlete has to work harder at their skills to compete against a fast athlete. but when you combine speed with skills you have a very dangerous athlete.
When an athlete comes to me to increase their speed. The first thing I do is watch them run, 10 out of 10 times they will have lousy running form even fast athletes will have bad form. So once I fix their running mechanics I then focus on setting the athlete up on program to strengthen their challenges and to build upon their strengths.
My favorite methods of building speed, quickness, agility, and jumping ability is Complex Training and Iso-kinetic Training. My method takes a direct focus on the neuro-muscular connection and has never failed.
So if you would like to know how to run faster email me at coachcoyer@gmail.com just for emailing you will receive a basic speed training workout.
Remember a fast athlete with skills is a dangerous athlete

Being a well tuned athlete takes more than training, practicing and playing. The missing ingredient in 8 out of 10 athletes is proper nutrition and that is at all levels of athletics from the pee wees to the pros. As an Athlete you put your body and mind under tremendous stress everyday and eating 2 big macs, a large fry and a coke is not going to help fight those free radicals that are forming in your body, after your workout or practice. However a meal with the proper nutritional levels will help your muscles build and recover so that your practice or training session was not done in vain. If you want to really be a well tuned athlete then make yourself elite and get your nutrition under control….. I CAN HELP!
what if I told you being on a proper nutrition program will make you faster, quicker, stronger, bigger, mentally stronger and just a better athlete, would you be interested? then email me
